She also stepped up to do things a homeowner would typically do but I couldn't as I am homebound caring FT for my mother with dementia. She really knows her stuff. Before we even put our house on the market, we told her what we wanted to sell for and she told us what we would need to change to get as close to that as possible. We went to work and did the projects she suggested. When we were ready to put the house on the market she helped us stage, and the photographer she picked took the most beautiful pictures of the house! Long story short - we sold for 40k over ask. We couldn’t be happier! Call her - you won’t regret it!
