Dawn was awesome. She explained every step, gave options and listened to my needs. She went the extra mile as the deal progressed with a very picky buyer and we were able to close sale within 5 weeks of listing. She also stepped up to do things a homeowner would typically do but I couldn't as I am homebound caring FT for my mother with dementia. There were many demands from buyer that needed addressing and Dawn was my advocate throughout. Without her support in all of this it would've made selling this property incredibly stressful.
